Why should you use this lesson?
The SMART way of teaching this project was used because it is a great, simple, and easy to remember way to help kids understand the importance of internet safety. In today's schools, a lot of information is present online, and it keeps expanding. Especially since these children are getting older, and starting to use social media and other sites, it is important for them to know what is right, wrong, and the appropriate way to handle certain situations online.
This lesson helps builds students knowledge on internet safety, and can have this poster and examples posted around the classroom for some reminders as they search the internet!
